My suggestion: for additional settings to improve the quality of the face, eyes, mouth, and nose, make them more proportional and attractive.

Activate "ADetailer," then in "ADetailer Model," select "face_."

There are many face_yolov options; it's up to you to choose one. Feel free to experiment and find one that suits your preferences.

Leave the other settings in "ADetailer Model" at their defaults. If you want to experiment and change them, feel free to.
