I don't actually recommend the base model I chose for this (Illustrious XL - v2.0 - BASE). This was my first Lora project experiment and there were some learning pitfalls! Just choose your fave Lora base model and try that out instead! I have had good results using the base model illust-Vector-2.5D_IL - v1.

Note: If model tries to add human ears, add (((cybernetic robot ears))) to your prompt and increase CFG Scale to 6. If model tries to add human eyes, add (((cybernetic mask with INSERT SPECIFIC COLOR HERE lenses))).
