I did some tests with more realistic Checkpoints and the results are not bad, I personally preferred to make my examples with a more anime style because it is more flexible and has a more vivid color palette.
In "Pony Diffusion V6" it also works great

At realistic checkpoints you can make nice images, but LoRa loses a lot of flexibility, if you are going to do difficult things (postures, weird angles, etc) I recommend using semi-realistic or anime checkpoints.

Her intricate braids are without a doubt the most difficult thing to generate in this LoRa. I tried many prompts and the truth is that what gave me the best results was leaving simple prompts and letting the LoRa and the weight do the dirty work.
I warn you that in many generations our beloved Bug Noir will not appear with her 3 braids with their correct sizes.

NOTE :
I'll be honest, this LoRa is by far the most difficult LoRa I've had to make, the costume has an intricate composition and the minutes where she appears with this costume in the series are brief, none very clear when she was on her side and NONE when she was on her back.
Therefore the bodysuit is very unstable, I mean the distribution of the colors, the circles, the symbol, etc.
I think I can fix it, but right now I'm burned out, I'll keep working on the projects I have pending and then I'll resume work on a version 2 of this LoRa.
