You could and probably should also add prompts like:
glow, neon, glowing lineart, neon light,
or similar combinations.
Tested many different checkpoints but Coco-Style-XL seems to work the best. So far the only one that works perfect with only the triggerword.
ToxicEcho XL also performed well.
