The only reason to use NSFW versions is because they have more anatomical information than other checkpoints and require fewer steps. The problem is that these characters are particularly difficult to convert to LORAs and can require 30 steps, which is only available in the PRO version of Tensor Art or using Upscale (1.5x HS 13 / DS 0.34).
