This LoRA adds Fingering to Wan.
For best i2v results start with a woman already engaging in "vaginal finger insertion". (That tag works on Pony but you need a LoRA for most SDXLs.)
To use in i2v, click star, then click Create, then click Img2Video, then click Add LoRA, then click My Starred, then click the LoRA.
They made this not come up in search on Civitai, (I guess they are learning things from their Asian friends over he-ah.) so OP says:
