This lora is meant for all things undressing. The sophistication of the underlying model is such that this kind of lora is finally possible.
As for prompts, there are no special tags, just describe what you want it to do. Be verbose. Look at my examples.
I gave as many examples as I could think of, so go through the examples and study the prompts.
At a strength of 1 clothes will come off, maybe more than you intend. If that happens, lower the strength. I think that business woman example I posted used a strength of 0.1
You'll get like 60% of what you're looking for most of the time, and you'll have to tweak your prompt or the strength to get the rest of the way. Just keep the same seed and change a variable.
