I suggest always to use Adetailer for body shots, with the following parameters in order to have results that are similar to the model: Detection model confidence threshold 0.5, inpaint mask blur 4 and denoising strength between 0.4 and 0.6, this is how I like to use, feel free to play with the settings on your own.
