Always add this to the prompt to properly activate it: povfellatio
I always suggest adding 1boy, penis, fellatio with the trigger word - It will help it be more consistent though it can activated with povfellatio alone.
I heavily suggest generation at 512x512 then upscaling.
You can add these to the prompt to activate some of the different variations. (Not all of them work together.)
pov, pov crotch - will add new variations.
ass, top-down bottom-up will add new variations. It can be wonky at times though or sometimes It won't even work at all.
cum, cum in mouth - will add cum in the mouth and add small variations.
saliva - will add two-three variations.

hand on another's head, grabbing another's hair - will attempt to place a hand on her head.
male pubic hair - will add pubic hair and like two-three different variations.
