A friend (thanks, Ray) told me Krea training had finally opened up. I already had a small 30-image dataset sitting around for a completely different project, so naturally I made the most rational decision possible, I used my Z Image Turbo dataset, kept my Z Image Turbo training settings, and hit Train.

Because if you're going to experiment, you might as well commit to it.

The entire dataset was built around a summer beach aesthetic. The plan was simple: train a clean seasonal style, call it Heatwave, and move on.

That... isn't what happened.

The model came back with a look I wasn't expecting at all. It kept the warmth, the atmosphere, and the lifestyle vibe, but developed its own personality somewhere along the way. The more I tested it, the more I realized I wasn't trying to "fix" it anymore, I was trying to understand why it worked.

I posted a few generations in the showcase expecting some feedback.

Instead, people started asking for the LoRA.

Now here's the funny part.

I'm pretty sure this thing is undertrained.

Looking back at the settings, I think I stopped way earlier than I should have. Which means the version you're using now is probably the weakest this LoRA will ever be.

So yes, there will be a V2.

This one was never meant to be the final product.

It just refused to wait.

Recommended settings: er_sde + simple, 10 steps, 1 cfg
