It Girl Engine // Encore by IMMORTAL on Tensor.Art

Finished projects are dangerous.

Not because they're unfinished.

Because they give you enough free time to think things like,

"I wonder what happens if I train it for a few more epochs..."

That's exactly how Encore happened.

About a week after releasing It Girl Engine – 19 Alt, I considered the project finished. The results were solid, people were enjoying it, and I had already moved on to other ideas.

Then one completely unnecessary thought showed up.

"What if it gets even better?"

Now, if you've ever trained a LoRA, you already know where this story goes.

I trained it again.

The plan wasn't to reinvent the original. I wasn't chasing a new style or trying to replace something that already worked. I just wanted to answer one question:

Does giving it more time actually improve the model?

Fortunately...

The answer was yes.

Not in the dramatic, "everything changed overnight" kind of way.

In the much more satisfying way where every generation feels a little cleaner, a little sharper, a little more consistent. Better textures. Better facial stability. Fewer odd surprises. The kind of improvements you stop noticing because they simply become the new normal.

Ironically, this version has been sitting on my computer for over a month.

It quietly replaced the original in my own workflow while almost nobody knew it existed. Every image I generated came from Encore, and every time I thought about publishing it, I'd tell myself,

"I'll do it tomorrow."

Apparently, tomorrow takes about a month.

So this isn't really a launch.

It's more like finally introducing the version I've been using all along.

What's Improved

  • Better skin texture and natural detail.

  • Stronger facial consistency.

  • Cleaner overall generations.

  • More reliable results across different prompts.

  • Everything people liked about 19 Alt, just more refined.

Recommended Settings

Weight: 0.8 – 1.0

For LoRA stacking, try 0.4 – 0.6 for the best balance.

Works especially well for editorial, fashion, portraits, lifestyle photography, and realistic content.

Encore wasn't supposed to exist.

It was just one more experiment.

Turns out, sometimes one more epoch is all it takes.

— Immortal

I think this is stronger because it has a theme that runs through the entire page:

  • Finished → One more thought → Encore

  • Every section reinforces that story.

  • The humor comes from honest observations rather than punchlines.

  • It feels like a creator's journal instead of a sales pitch.

That's the kind of description people actually read to the end.
