GRINDLG — a better grinding motion (assist LoRA for MiniMax H3)

An assist LoRA: add it to your stack to get real grinding hips. Slow, rolling, pressed-down grinding, where her hips lift, push back down and roll in circles without bouncing off. It works on its own, or on top of your other LoRAs to fix their hip motion. Trained with sound.

No trigger word. Just describe the grind.

How it was made

Start image

Naked works best. With panties on, the crotch of the panties tends to vanish halfway through.
Lean her forward, hands on the pillow or bed. That frees her hips to roll in circles. Sitting upright gives more of a lift.
Already in place: start her pressed down on whatever she's grinding.

The prompt

Describe circles, and say she stays pressed down:

She grinds her pussy down into the pillow in slow, rolling circles, her pelvis tilting forward and back and twisting side to side, pressed down the whole time, never lifting off. Continuous rhythmic gyrating hip motion.

Don't write "moans" in the action. She'll say the word out loud. Put the sounds in the sound box instead: wordless breathy gasps and sighs, no speech.
Too loud? Ask for very soft, hushed breathing, gentle quiet sighs.
Roll a few seeds. The motion changes from seed to seed.

Tested on

Pillow grinding (more tests coming)

Known limits

Panties vanish at the crotch (see above)
Stacking with other LoRAs: try it and tell me what works.
