I didn't see a dedicated Kyouko Illustrious LoRA, so I'm changing that since she is the best character in the series! I learned that King_Dong created a Kyouko Illustrious model; however, the problem is that, like theirs, this model is hidden behind the X and XXX filter. I still feel CivitAI needs to figure out how to reverse this insanely inconvenient change. Still, I think my model looks really nice, does a good job of closely resembling anime screencaps, and I don't regret making it!
