A weight of 1to 1.5 works well with this with most models with many of the better results occurring at around a weight of 1.35. Sampling Steps of 15 to 20 works well with most models, as does a CFG Scale of 7 to 10.
Prompts for this lora are ( Zorc, Yugioh_anime, muscular, ). Adding ( red eyes ) can help as well in some cases. Adding prompts related to muscles would cause the unique placement of the dragon neck and head to not appear as much, not well, and not at all. The results vary widely, just know that mentioned muscle related prompts makes the images generated resemble a more average bipedal character.
