DAMN!" (c) - my first thought when the finetuning ended and I saw the final results.
Make sure to read the description, there's a lot of important tips.
UPD 05.08: V3 LIGHTNING 8 STEPS IS OUT! Recomended parameters for it are in the 'about this version' tab.
WHAT'S NEW in V3:
1) Everything. V3 is a complete rework.
2) My biggest priority was trying to obliterate the ugly "PONY FACE" most of the pony checkpoints still have. I somewhat managed to do that.
3) I'm no longer chasing 100% level of realism (for that you're better off using my other checkpoint LUSTIFY!) and settled for 90% instead.
TO GET THE BEST RESULTS:
1) You may or may not want to use the "score_9, score_8_up, score_7_up" prompt. The decision heavily depends on your tastes and the rest of the prompt, so I recomend trying with and without it.
2) DO NOT USE "score_5_up, score_4_up, worst quality, deformed eyes, extra fingers, other brainrot BS" in your negatives. We are not in the SD 1.5 era anymore. Shizo prompting needs to go. Only add something to the negatives if the thing you don't want to see in the photo keeps showing up every time ("depth of field, blurry background" for example). If you still do that despite my warnings - shame on you, I won't accept any complaints.
RECOMENDED PARAMETERS:
◦ Sampler: DPM++ 2M SDE / DPM++ 3M SDE / DPM++ SDE
◦ 30-40 Steps.
◦ CFG: 2.5-6
◦ The model was on trained mostly on 1024x1024, 832x1216, 1216x832, 896x1152, 1152x896 resolutions, so it could help the quality if you used these (although that's not necessary - it behaves nicely on other aspect ratios as well).
◦ Highres fix: Upscale by 1.35-1.5, denoising strength ~0.4, upscaler - 4x NMKD Superscale or Siax.
For the distant shots of people you probably wanna use highres.fix and/or adetailer.
