"Shall I perform for you?"
Once a renowned performer in her village, Yuno was banished and exiled to Onigashima after angering a noble customer. Seeing how disheartened she is by the rejection from those she thought loved her, the oni natives take pity on her and perform a ritual that makes her partially oni to help her integrate better. Performing for them makes her happy at first, but she soon realizes it isn't enough and becomes disillusioned with performing entirely. Not fully an oni and yet no longer human, she's torn between both worlds and disconnected from them at the same time, making her feel really lonely. She discovers idols and VTubers by chance when researching what things normal human girls are interested in these days and becomes enamored by them. Inspired for the first time in a long time, Yuno decides to become a streamer with the goal of connecting to as many different kinds of people as possible.
