DYNAMIC POSE / ANGLE [FLUX]

LORA
Original

Updated:

Purpose:

This LoRA is designed to inject energy, movement, and visually compelling dynamism into your character poses. It helps overcome the tendency for AI to generate static or repetitive stances, enabling the creation of images featuring action, unique perspectives, and a stronger sense of motion or presence.

Key Features:

  • Enhances Pose Dynamism: Encourages more active, less rigid poses – jumping, leaping, crouching, falling, twisting, etc.

  • Supports Unique Angles: Works well with prompts specifying low-angle, high-angle, wide-angle, and fisheye perspectives, amplifying the sense of drama or scale.

  • Captures Foreshortening: Assists in generating poses with realistic or exaggerated foreshortening (limbs appearing larger/closer to the camera).

  • Versatile Application: Useful for various scenarios including sports, dance, action scenes, dramatic portraits, conceptual art, and overcoming generic standing poses.

How to Use:

Activation: This LoRA primarily influences the pose based on your prompt descriptions when active. While no single trigger word is mandatory, including terms like dynamic pose, action pose, energetic pose, movement can help reinforce the intent.

Recommended Weight:

  • 0.6 - 0.8: Good starting range for noticeable dynamism without excessive distortion. Enhances existing pose descriptions.

  • 0.8 - 1.0: Stronger effect, pushing towards more extreme poses and perspectives. Use carefully, as it increases the chance of anatomical anomalies if the base model struggles.

  • < 0.6: Subtle influence, good for gently nudging a pose towards being less static.

Prompting is Key: This LoRA works best when combined with descriptive keywords related to action, movement, and camera angles in your prompt.

Examples:

  • Action Verbs: jumping mid-air, running fast, leaping forward, crouching low, falling backwards, spinning, kicking, punching, reaching towards camera.

  • Camera Angles: low angle shot, worm's eye view, high angle shot, bird's eye view, fisheye lens perspective, dutch angle.

  • Body Description: foreshortened arm, legs bent, body twisted, looking down at camera, looking up. Combine: e.g., low angle shot, woman jumping mid-air, reaching towards camera, dynamic pose

Limitations & Considerations:

  • Anatomical distortions can occur, especially at weights > 0.9 or with prompts that heavily conflict with plausible human movement.

  • The final pose is still highly influenced by the base model's capabilities and the specifics of your text prompt.

  • It might sometimes exaggerate perspective or limb length more than intended. Adjust weight or prompt accordingly.
