Brought to public attention in 2008 for her role as Ruth Gómez in the **** series Physics or Chemistry, she quickly established herself as a major figure in Spanish television and cinema. She made her film debut in 2011 in the horror film Paranormal Xperience 3D. She subsequently starred in comedies such as Who Killed a Bambi? (2013), Perdiendo el Norte (2015), and How to Survive a Despedida (2015). In 2017, she achieved international success with her role as Silene Oliveira / "Tokyo" in the thriller series La casa de papel, which earned her several nominations — including at the Feroz Awards — and marked the beginning of her Hollywood career. In 2021, she starred in the American superhero film Snake Eyes.
