My first LoRa and a bit of a mess, but let me walk you through it.
Main focus was to get very rough impasto. It was trained with about 500 paintings of Henri Martin. And I think it performs this task quite well!
At least one of the following prompts need to be included:
impressionism, painting, art by,
Theo van Rysselberghe
The LoRa works very well by itself but also in conbination with artists that are already in the SDXL database. Ultimately that's the reason why I'm not calling it a Henri Martin style LoRa.
Versions:
MARTIN - Shorter training and a good allrounder.
OSBERT - Trained longer. Really like it to use with the "art by Alphonse Osbert" prompt but overall I think it's overfitted.
Settings:
Sampler: DPM++ 2M Karras (you can test also other DPM++ samplers, but Euler/Euler A is too soft)
CFG: 4-5 (below 4 for pale colors, if prefered()
Steps: 20-25
Artists I like to include:Theo van Rysselberghe
Theo van Rysselberghe (bright strong colors, pointilistic)
Alphonse Osbert (melancholic, mystical)
Henri Le Sidaner (gloomy impressionism)
The prompt should then start with something like "painting by [Artist]" or "art by [Artist]" or "painting in the style of [Artist]" or "impressionism in the style of [Artist].
Enjoy!
