This lora allows you to create the beautiful dark skin beauty Anette (or Annette, not too sure on how you spell her name) from Tonari no ie no anette-san. Her hentai was amazing and there's an upcoming second episode for the hentai anime. So this is more like a celebration. Used images from the original artist rather than the anime.
Disclaimer, I would advice to use the strength between 0.4 and 0.6. Anything higher would make the results look awful. Also, when prompting her to have some type of clothing, be sure to put a lot of emphasis on it. Whether it would be adding tons of parentheses or making the strength of a term "1.4 or 1.5", you should probably do that. And lastly, if the nipples are occasionally visible when you don't want them to be, just put "(nipples:1.5)" in the negative prompts. This happens because the images i used to make her lora where mostly her being nude. But yeah, just put them in the negative prompts if they become an irritation. That should definitely help.
