The Grinch is a character created by author Dr. Seuss. The main story, "How the Grinch Stole Christmas," introduces the Grinch, a furry green creature living on Mount Crumpit with his loyal dog Max. The Grinch despises the joy of Christmas and decides to steal all the gifts and decorations from the residents of Whoville to prevent them from celebrating the holiday. However, upon witnessing the Christmas spirit of the Whos, his heart softens, and he learns the true meaning of Christmas, transforming from a grumpy character into a compassionate being.
