📝 Ottis Outlaw is an otter with two-tone fur, long white–blue–black side-swept hair, round glasses, red eyes with yellow sclera, blue pawpads and a fluffy chest. He wears an open black shirt, carries a butterfly knife, and acts as a sly street bandit in Skyhaven. Despite his adorable appearance, he uses his charm to deceive others and gain advantages, often ending with someone getting robbed.
