🖼️ MGC - Metadata Gallery Converter

MGC is a lightweight, portable app with a simple goal:
Make it easy to view, edit, and convert metadata from .png images generated by ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, or TensorART—and make it all play nice with Civitai.

If your antivirus flags it as a false positive, don’t worry—it’s because I used auto-py-to-exe to package everything neatly and hide a bunch of Python folders.
I'm currently waiting for the digital signature.
And yes—it's open source. You can also find the version on my GitHub, or just check the included files in the article.

💡 Tip: If you prefer not to run it on your PC, try the Google Colab version. It's simpler, runs in your browser, and works just as well.

🎯 Why I Made This

Honestly, I was just tired of copying prompts manually.
When uploading images from TensorART to Civitai, the metadata often goes missing—even if Tiefsee can read it, retyping everything was a pain.

So I built MGC to fix that.

With it, you can:

Browse your images in a gallery view
Instantly see all prompts and settings
Copy, edit, and save them however you want
Export them in a Civitai-compatible format

📦 How to Use It

Extract the .zip wherever you like (even a USB stick).
Run MGC_byAGGA.exe.
Drop a folder or open one with the 📂 button.
Click a thumbnail or use the arrows.
That’s it — the metadata shows up automatically.

From there, you can:

Copy or edit the prompts
Save them as .txt
Save them as .png with fixed metadata
Convert them to Civitai format

Works on Windows 8 or newer
Doesn’t need installation
